train them young.. let them know the spirit of volunteerism..
volunteerism is not for the cameras, not for themselves but for the less fortunate ...
volunteerism is in their heart. they are just camera shy, mind you. joke, joke, joke! but in fairness they deserved a break after a morning session of service and don't take their joy in posing for the cameras. see their smiles? it shows that they sure have fun serving the least fortunate brethren.
